Baddazz.com started as a platform for hybrid athletes. Today, it is growing into something bigger: a home for women in sport.

Because while every sport is different, the journey behind it is often remarkably similar: showing up, overcoming doubt and becoming stronger than you thought possible.

I'm Astrid Kramer, the founder of Baddazz. Professionally, I've spent almost two decades building digital platforms and helping ideas become visible online. Personally, sport has always been where I challenge myself, learn and grow. My own journey led me into hybrid sports, where I discovered not only a new way of training but also an incredible community of women who inspired the vision behind this platform.

That vision has remained the same from day one: to share evidence-based knowledge, celebrate female performance and help make women in sport more visible.

Hybrid sports will always be at the heart of Baddazz. That's why you'll continue to find workouts, race guides, nutrition advice and practical resources for HYROX and hybrid training. But alongside that, we're expanding our perspective to tell more stories, share more research and celebrate women across the entire world of sport.

Because every woman who trains, competes, challenges herself or inspires others deserves to be seen.
